Our Programs
Innovators Program
The Innovator Program is an afterschool program designed for middle school students (grades 6-8). The program is focused on STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) education and provides opportunities for students to engage in hands-on learning experiences, explore STEM careers, and develop skills in critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork.
The Innovator Program aims to inspire and motivate students to pursue further education and careers in STEM fields by exposing them to exciting and challenging STEM concepts in a supportive and engaging learning environment. The program also provides opportunities for students to participate in field trips, guest speaker events, and other enrichment activities to broaden their understanding and appreciation of STEM subjects.

The Pathways Program will connect students in grades K-12 to the world of digital technology. Technology is transforming classrooms and the educational learning experience overall.
Through the Pathway Program, students will learn about the principles of AI and how it can be used to solve real-world problems. The program’s curriculum is specifically designed for elementary school students and is tailored to their age and developmental level, providing a strong foundation in STEM subjects that will prepare them for future success.
Through project and research based hands-on activities, students will engage in various STEM disciplines from coding, robotics, computer programming, GIS, agricultural sciences, 3D printing, and more.

Our instructional design begins with thoroughly analyzing the learning objectives and the target audience. We work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to understand the content and identify potential learning barriers. We then develop a comprehensive plan for the learning experience, including selecting appropriate instructional strategies and technologies. We use a variety of instructional design models and frameworks to guide our process, including ADDIE, SAM, and Universal Design for Learning (UDL). Our instructional designers, multimedia specialists, and educators collaborate closely throughout the process to ensure that the final product meets our high standards for quality and accessibility.

The Tech for Tomorrow Program” is a technology-focused program designed to support and empower youth in multiple areas of their lives. The program aims to prevent juvenile crime and recidivism by providing youth with positive outlets for their time and energy and opportunities for skill-building and personal growth. The program will foster academic achievement and encourage positive peer relationships by incorporating STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) education and technology-based resources.
Our program offers counseling services and provides access to mental health professionals to support youth with mental health challenges or other severe needs. Additionally, the program could incorporate mindfulness and relaxation techniques to help youth manage stress and anxiety. Also, promote healthy behaviors by offering nutrition and fitness education and opportunities for physical activity. Life skills training could also help youth develop essential skills for success, such as problem-solving, decision-making, and communication.
